Thisway

출퇴근을 위한 컨셉트 자전거 디자인전인 'Commuter Bicycle Concept 2008'에서 수상한 작품의 도시형 자전거입니다.

컨셉트답게 출퇴근에 용이한 디자인으로 어떤 기상조건에도 자유로이 탈 수 있는게 특징인 리컴번트형 자전거입니다.

The ‘thisway’ bicycle design by torkel dohmer was recently selected as the winner bicycle design’s ‘commuter bike for the masses’ design competition. The bike features covered top which provides weather protection for the rider. Dohmer also made the design very automobile-like to attract new cyclists. The bike would be made from very lightweight materials and feature led lights at the back and front that would be solar powered through a panel on the roof. the back features a space for
luggage and while dohmer anticipates a high cost to manufacture ring the bike, it would still be
cheaper than car and also has zero running cost.
